Draw creation based on an inspection allows you to quickly notify the lender they are ready for a disbursement without having to provide an extensively detailed request. When submitting a draw based on inspection you are requesting the lender to disburse based on the completed inspection.
How to Submit a Draw Based on Inspection
- Create Draw Request
- Select Create Draw Based on Inspection

Select Payee to receive disbursement
- If payee is not available select Create New Payee, and input contact information
- If payee is not available select Create New Payee, and input contact information

Add Documents: Tap this option to provide supporting documentation by clicking (i.e. invoices, receipts, etc.)
- You can provide clarifying notes within the Comment section
- Choose an option for Inspection Instructions

Scheduling Options are required if choose an inspection option

Appointment Not Required: If inspector does not need to reach out to schedule the draw inspection, choose this option.
- Availability: Not required, but if known, please complete.
- Point of Contact: If the contact you're looking for is not available, tap Contact Not Listed and input the contact information.

Special Instructions: Provide any other instructions for the draw inspection here.

Appointment Not Required: If inspector does not need to reach out to schedule the draw inspection, choose this option.
- Submit draw request and the the loan administrator will be notified of the draw needing review.
Note: Experiences are controlled by the lender and not all user's experiences will be the same. If you do not have access to sections of the project/loan, contact the lender directly.
The auto-save feature is not currently enabled. Make sure to select the X if you wish to save the request to return to edit later.
Draw documentation and files provided during submission will save to the document center.
