Overview
With OneSite Self Inspections embedded into the OneSite mobile app, borrowers and builders can now perform their own inspections.
How it works
Upon submitting your Draw Request, the lender will review it and assign a Virtual Inspection to you. You will receive an email regarding the Virtual Inspection with links to download the OneSite App--which is required to perform the Self Inspection.
You will also see a notification when you access the loan file in the app
Accessing Self Inspections
You can review all of your Self Inspection orders in the "Services" section of the OneSite App
Each Self Inspection will appear as a selectable record in the Open, Complete, and All tabs based on their status.
After selecting the Self Inspection, the user will have the option to start the Self Inspection or share it with another OneSite User
You will be presented with Instructions from the lender along with the Budget. The Instruction are individual tasks requested by the lender.
Below the Instructions section, you will be able to access the Budget of Record and begin taking photos and entering comments.
After you have uploaded photos and entered comments for the line items, tap on the Submit to Complete button at the bottom of the page to submit the Self Inspection.
