Each project file contains a messenger tool that will allow you to keep an open communication thread with any related project contacts.
Creating a New Message Thread

Tap on the Messages tab within your project
- Click the + button
- This will create a message thread between you and all other project-related contacts
- Provide a message Subject line and body of the message
- Attach supporting documentation by clicking airplane icon at the top right
- After completing the message you can:
• Send your email communication to all project-related contacts
• Save to store message as a draft and send at a later date. Saved messages are not visible to any other project-related contacts
Existing Message Threads
To indicate how many unread messages you have, you will notice a number icon next to your messages sub tab. To view a message navigate to messages click read more on the thread.
You may either clicking the reply arrow at the top inside the message thread, or by responding directly to the email notification you received.

If you select Save, the message will be stored at the top of the thread to be Edited, Deleted or Sent at a later time.
Drafts
When you create a new message thread but save the contents, you may navigate to the drafts folder to further edit and send it to the lender. Click read more to access the new thread and either edit, delete, or send your message. Any previously uploaded files should be present within this view.
In-App Notifications
Lenders can also keep you updated on any urgent notifications (such as a bank holiday) on the app.
