Tasks are a way for lenders to communicate additional information such as document requests or provide commentary on specific events (i.e. draw request submission, change order requested, etc.)
Tasks should be completed as soon as possible to keep projects moving forward and prevent any delays in disbursements.
To View Tasks
- Choose a project by tapping the menu icon
in the top left, then tap Projects
- At the bottom of your screen, you will see the Tasks icon
When accessing a project you may notice a red icon on the task tab; this indicates the lender is requesting additional information.
Navigate to the tab to view a list of open tasks, and select a task to complete. You may be presented with some or all of the following:
- Task name and description
- Issue
- indicates if the task is to issue documentation
- toggle yes/no
- Issue Date
- enter the effective date of the documentation requested by the lender
- Cleared
- indicated if the task (ie. an inspection or appraisal, etc) has cleared
- Expiration Date
- the date related to the cleared condition
- Comments
- additional comments you may want to provide the lender for the specific task
- Document
- documents that you have uploaded to support the task
- add attachments with the paperclip icon at the top
If you are unable to provide all the required information to complete the task, click the back arrow and all information will automatically save for you to complete at a later date.
Once the task is complete, click complete task which will remove it from your list and notify the lender to review your response.
