Stay organized by keeping all project-related communication in one centralized location. Each project file contains a messenger tool that will allow you to keep an open communication thread with any related project contacts.
After navigating the messages sub-tab of your project, read below for assistance using the messenger tool.
Creating a New Thread
- From the Messages subtab, click the +new message button in on the left side of the page
- This will create a message thread between you and all other project-related contacts
- Provide a message subject line and body of the message
- Attach supporting documentation by clicking add files
- After completing the message you can:
• Send your email communication to all project-related contacts
• Save to store message as a draft and send at a later date. Saved messages are not visible to any other project-related contacts
Existing Threads
All message threads are stored within the Messages subtab. Click on any message to view the full message thread.
Sort messages using the left-side menu to view:
- All Messages
- Unread Messages
- Saved Drafts
You may either reply from within the message thread or by responding directly to the email notification you received.
If you select save the message will be stored in your drafts to be edited, deleted or sent at a later time.
