Two-factor authentication provides an additional security measure and mitigates the risk of compromised passwords. This security feature delivers a code to the designated mobile phone or email provided at every login. If you'd like to enable or disable the two-factor authentication follow the instructions below:
Two-Factor Authentication (Desktop App)
- Navigate to your profile, locate Two Factor Authentication, and click Change Settings
- From the pop up window for Two Factor Authentication to choose your preferred method of receiving the authentication code:
- Mobile Text: Input a valid phone number that will receive the code. If you are receiving authentication codes via text, please ensure the number provided is readily available.
- Email: The email authentication code will automatically reference your profile email and cannot be updated.
- OFF: If the off option is not available, this means the lender requires either the two-factor authentication to be enabled. For any questions or concerns regarding the two-factor authentication, contact your lender directly.
