You can update or reset your password at any time either via the login screen or while logged in.
Note: If you are not receiving the password reset emails, please check your spam folder for the email from OneSite. Also please make sure the email address you entered was the one used to set up your account.
Password Reset (Mobile App)
Simply tap on Forgot Password at the bottom of the screen and follow the steps.
Password Reset (Desktop App)
Simply click on Password Help at the bottom of the screen and follow the steps.
How to Update Your Password (Desktop App)
- Go to Profile
- Click on Password. A dialog box will then appear prompting you to change your password.
