The inspection scheduling feature allows the automation of recurring inspection services on a per-project basis. Your lender may delegate the responsibility of configuring the frequency of the inspections to you. If the lender has delegated the inspection schedule to you, a popup will appear allowing the configuration of automated recurring inspection services. Read below for additional clarification of the configuration options.
- Frequency: Choose either monthly or every x days. This will determine how often the inspection will be automatically scheduled.
- Day of the Month: This new field will appear when monthly is selected. Select the day of the month that the inspection service is to be placed. (i.e. 5 would create a draw inspection on the 5th of every month)
- Select Day: This new field will appear when every x days is selected. Select how many days would pass before the next inspection is placed (i.e. 45 would place a draw inspection every 45 days)
- Starts on: Choose what event should trigger the start of the automation
- From the last draw: Counter will start from the last approved draw date
- From the loan funded date: Counter will start from the loan funded date
- Selected date: Select the specific date the automation should start calculating from
- Property contact: Choose the person who should be contacted to gain entry to the property for a draw inspection
- If contact is not available select new contact, and input contact information
- If the inspector does not need to reach out to schedule the draw inspection, then select no scheduling necessary
- Access code: Enter any code(s) that is required to gain entry to the property.
- Special instructions: Enter any additional special instructions for the Inspector
Note: The inspection scheduler will not retroactively order services if the starts on the field reference is a past date. The inspection services will only be placed from the configurated date forward.
The inspection scheduler can be accessed at any time by navigating to the loan summary panel on the right-hand side of the project.
Note: Permissions and tools are made available to you by the lender. Contact the lender directly for questions.
