Does the system auto-save all the information I have provided? | Currently, the OneSite portal does not have an auto-save feature. Please make sure to select save on the container to avoid losing draw data. |
I have input values for several line items, and when I returned to add more, the values were not in my edit window. | Although the previously provided values are not auto-populating in the edit window, they have been previously saved and will be included with your newly input line item values. |
Why should I provide a point of contact for an inspection? | If a point of contact is not necessary for a draw inspection, you may indicate that during your submission. |
I am not ready for an inspection, but I am being asked for a point of contact. | You may select No Inspection Necessary during the draw submission process. |
There is nowhere for me to provide Wire or ACH information. How am I supposed to get paid? | We are working on a solution for this currently and look forward to providing more information. |
